Paul Rose, BSc DipArb FRICS FCIArb

Paul has 40 years experience in the valuation of commercial and residential property, predominantly in the private and public sectors in the UK; but also in South Africa undertaking property asset management.

Paul has mediated cases involving boundary, easement and neighbourhood disputes, commercial and residential service charges, negligent surveys and valuations, misrepresentation and misdescription claims, construction contracts, commercial contracts and family child contact disputes. Paul has also handled a wide variety of property disputes, including rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations for diminution in value and enfranchisement claims.

Paul is a member of the RICS Neighbourhood Disputes pool and is a:

  • RICS and CMC Accredited Mediator
  • Chartered Arbitrator
  • Chartered Surveyor
  • SCMA

He holds elite mediator status and accepts complex cases with multiple parties and multiple issues from County Courts, the High Court and Court of Appeal. He is a member of the Civil Mediation Council.

Paul is married to a family law barrister and divides his time between the West End of London and Brighton. He enjoys theatre, cinema, and fortunately for his wife, cooking. Paul was a qualified pilot and is also a keen yachtsman. Paul is based in London and is very happy to travel. He is always negotiable on fees where required.
